If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp instead, we’ll collect whatever information you choose to share with us in that conversation (for example, your name, contact details and details about your project).

We do not use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking technology on this website beyond what’s strictly necessary for it to function (for example, technical cookies set automatically by our website platform to keep the site working correctly). We do not track your browsing behaviour or use advertising cookies.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project
Provide a quote for building work
Deliver our services if you decide to work with us
Keep records of our communications with you
Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations

3. Our legal basis for processing

We process your personal information because it’s necessary to:

Take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you (responding to enquiries and providing quotes), and
Perform a contract with you, if you become a customer.

Trusted subcontractors, architects, designers or structural engineers, where necessary to deliver your project, and only to the extent needed

We do not transfer your personal information outside the UK.

5. How long we keep your information

Enquiries that don’t become projects: we keep your details for up to 12 months, in case you’d like to get back in touch, then delete them.
Completed and ongoing projects: we keep records for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations (typically up to 7 years after a project ends).

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it
Ask us to correct information that’s inaccurate or incomplete
Ask us to delete your information, where there’s no good reason for us to keep it
Ask us to restrict or object to how we use your information
Ask us to transfer your information to another organisation, where technically possible
